What do you need to get started?

You need Agents!

With:

1. USB headset, preferably with noise cancellation

2. Internet connection with at least 2MBPS Download and 1MBPS Upload

3. PC or Laptop with a WebRTC enabled browser such as Google Chrome

We recommend running a speed test and network test to ensure optimal call quality.

You need Supervisors!

As part of your RACE account you will have nominated supervisors or a 'manager' individual.  Don't worry - you can be one of the same thing if you are a small company!

Supervisors have the ability to manage the account and increased permissions.  We can tailor user rights and permissions on request.

You need some Basic Business Needs!

To start the RACE journey you need to have the following:

1. Adequate payment method to load the account with a security deposit

2. Basic IVR, call routing and IVR requirements to set up the account

3. 10 minutes to complete our sign up page at www.ciptex.com/race

We will have you up and running within 2 hours at most. There is no expensive hardware or voice-over artists- everything is delivered over the internet. If we cannot deliver within 2 hours we will write to let you know when we can.
