How to Login to RACE

This guide describes how to login to RACE.

Guide Steps

• We use a secure single sign-on solution. Please login by browsing to contactcenter.okta.com/ and following the steps in the video below.

• Agent logins will be emailed once the RACE build has been completed. 

What to do if you have forgotten your password:

• No problem! We understand that this happens. You can reset your password by browsing to contactcenter.okta.com/  and clicking Need help signing in? and then click Forgot Password?

What to do once you're logged in:

• Once logged in you will see the following screen. This confirms that you are securely logged into your account. Click on the RACE Contact Centre Icon as shown below

• This will then open a new browser window into the RACE Interface
