This guide describes how to retrieve Google Chrome Developer Logs to send to Ciptex for troubleshooting. Occasionally, Ciptex may ask you to send 'Console Logs' from Google Chrome on the device that you have reported you are having issues with. The steps to retrieve this is outlined below.

Option 1 - Keyboard Shortcut
- Ensure you are on the page that we have requested you to get the logs from
- Press Command+Option+J (Mac) or Control+Shift+J (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS) to jump straight into the Console panel.
- Ensure there is no Filter set and that All Levels are selected as shown
- Right-click anywhere in the Console window and select Save as...
- Save the file to your device and then attach it to the ticket that you have raised with us on our Support Portal
Option 2 - Via the user interface
- Ensure you are on the page that we have requested you to get the logs from
- Right-click in the middle of the page and select Inspect
- The Developer Tools now open. Note the tab names along the top and bottom of the new window
- Select the Console tab
- Ensure there is no Filter set and that All Levels are selected as shown
- Right-click anywhere in the Console window and select Save as...
- Save the file to your device and then attach it to the ticket that you have raised with us on our Support Portal
